In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product for a exchange or refund. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging together with your receipt. A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund that serves as processing fees.
Upon receipt of the returned goods/products, both the goods and the receipt will be thoroughly checked. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the goods must be in good condition and the original packaging, must be preserved. If the customer has used, installed or damaged the goods/products, an exchange will not be granted.
Best Bathrooms Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return transit. After thorough inspection and confirmation of the returned goods/products, customers can expect their refund to be processed within 8 to 12 business days.
