Upon payment confirmation, your goods will arrive within 2 to 4 working days for delivery locations within Klang Valley, and 3 to 7 working days for delivery outside Klang Valley.
Orders can only be cancelled if they are still in a pending status. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you would like to request a cancellation, please send an email to sales@bestbath.my with the subject line "Request to Cancel Order." Please note that orders that are in the process of shipping or have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
